Our Covid Response
Covid Response - What we have done and what we ask.
In order to create a safe and comfortable environment for our guests and team members, we plan to adhere to the guidelines
set by the Center for Disease Control.
1. Masks must be worn over mouth and nose upon entering Tofflers. If you do not have a mask, we can provide one for you.
2. When dining with us, respect our other patrons and staff by wearing your mask when you are not seated. That includes using the restrooms and when exiting after your dinner. This includes the patio area.
3. Seating will be limited to no more than 6 people per table.
4. Tables will be 3 feet apart.
5. BreathClean air purifiers have been installed in our HVAC systems. As air passes by ultraviolet bulbs, ultraviolet energy destroys almost all disease-causing organisms in the air.
6. We ask our guests to maintain social distancing standards at all time.
7. Any team member who reports symptoms will be sent home. They shall not return to work until they have met CDC’s criteria to discontinue home isolation.
8. All team members must wear a mask.
9. Gloves are required at all times for all kitchen staff.
10. Our laminated menus will be sanitized after each use.
11. All condiment containers will be sanitized after each use.
12. All high touch surfaces will be cleaned every two hours.
13. Alcohol-based hand sanitizer will be available for guests and staff to use.
14. Rolled silverware will be in individual bags.
15. Banquets have been discontinued until further notice.
16. All objects or surfaces that may have been touched by a previous guest, will be cleaned and sanitized before seating new guests.
17. If we are on a wait, we ask that only one guest check in their party at the host stand.
18. All events/concerts have been cancelled until further notice.
19. Curbside service available.
